Soffront offers Trackeb version 7.0. (New Products).


Soffront Software, Inc., a supplier of enterprisewide CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization.  solutions, has released version released version - release  7.0 of its TRACKWeb CRM product. TRACKWeb CRM is a single application consisting of several integrated modules, including internal and external help desk management (TRACKWeb Help Desk); sales force and marketing automation (TRACKWeb Sales); defect tracking (TRACKWeb Defects); asset management (TRACKWeb Assets); and self-service knowledge management (TRACKWeb KMS KMS - Knowledge Management System ) applications. Customers may purchase only the modules they curtently need, with the option of activating the others when or if they are required. Version 7.0 contains several new features designed to improve a customer's bottom line and improve profitability. It provides a suite of CRM features that includes e-mail campaign management; time and cost tracking for help desk; defect tracking; internal or external help desk management; work order and RMA (RealMedia Architecture) See RealMedia.  management; asset management with automatic auditing; and remote data synchronization. According to Soifront, t he most visible change in version 7.0 is a mote (reMOTE) A wireless receiver/transmitter that is typically combined with a sensor of some type to create a remote sensor. Some motes are designed to be incredibly small so that they can be deployed by the hundreds or even thousands for various applications (see smart dust).  intuitive user interface that results in an enhanced user experience.
