Sochrys.com Inc., (OTCBB:SOCH) and PNCglobal Inc. announce the creation of SochrysPNC Marketing Corp., to market and to distribute products from both companies and to implement solutions using either or both technologies.

This initiative is part of the integration of the two firms, as announced in the news release of November 27, 2001. The new company will market innovative technologies and products relating to Internet security. These technologies and products effectively address the issues facing the development and deployment of secure interactive, distributed applications over the Internet, allowing next-generation full end-to-end security for any kind of online transaction. The technologies are based on SIPS, the Secure Internet Protocol Stack, and the patent-pending Uni-ID Multi-Services Authentication Card. SIPS and Uni-ID technologies combine as one of the most significant security innovations to appear on the Internet scene in recent times.

SIPS is a revolutionary infrastructure for secure data delivery over the Internet. It lays a virtual communication channel of the highest level of security available on public communication networks between processes for the exchange of data containing documents, audio, video, images, software and any other type of data. The SIPS infrastructure is an inter-process communication system and processes may be running on a single or on multiple computers linked through the Internet.

Uni-ID provides strong 2-factor authentication of the user, combining the personalized CD card and the user's PIN. It is the first security solution on the market to provide protection against key-logger viruses. Security of the solution has been certified by the KPMG Information Risk Management Group in North America. The solution uses a standard CD reader, does not require pre-installed software or hardware and does not leave any information on the user's computer.
