) - Sobal Corporation has released the Sky Module M9 RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) A data collection technology that uses electronic tags for storing data. The tag, also known as an "electronic label," "transponder" or "code plate," is made up of an RFID chip attached to an antenna.  module for UHF (Ultra High Frequency) The range of electromagnetic frequencies from 300 MHz to 3 GHz. In the U.S., analog television has used UHF channels 52 to 69 in the 700 MHz band.  Broadband - the world's smallest according to the manufacturere at a size of 66mm x 36mm x 5mm - in Japan.

Sky Module M9 uses an IC tag compliant with EPC or ISO (1) See ISO speed.

18000-6(Type-B). With additional functionality for uploading the firmware, it can deal with new protocols after installing the module in the product. The module is open priced.

The Sky Module M9 Development Kit will be available from mid October at a price of 380,000 yen. The kit includes everything needed to test and experiment fast functional verification. Follow-up support is available for customers who purchase the kit from Sobal.
