Snaidero USA Welcomes Two New Kitchen Designs to the American Market; The Terra and Vela Kitchens Blend Luxurious Design With Extreme Functionality.

The Terra and Vela models, created by Snaidero's design department, integrate a modern, contemporary style with subtle traditional design elements to create a rich, sophisticated kitchen. The two designs add a host of new options to Snaidero's extensive portfolio, providing consumers with fresh choices to create the ultimate kitchen experience.

Focusing on the core building blocks of linearity and simplicity, the Terra design features sleek, stylish forms mixed with cutting-edge innovations. Fingerprint resistant stainless steel shelves and a backlit electronic control panel add convenience, while a new hood design brings in a unique element of classy sophistication with its slim form and integrated lighting effects. The cabinet drawers have a recessed channel with a lit bottom that eliminates the need for handles, and a new opening mechanism is available for lift-up glass and stainless steel doors to ensure smooth, effortless movements. The Terra cabinetry is available in brandy oak and dark oak wood.

The Vela kitchen embraces classic Italian design, combining a contemporary vision with exquisite craftsmanship. The crisp details and floating shelves create a modern profile that is gently offset by the translucent glass doors and soft recessed lighting. The alternating light and dark colors of the worktop and doors provide a striking contrast that immediately draws one's eye to the cultured design of the space.

As with every kitchen model, Snaidero uses toxic free and environmentally friendly materials in both the production and packaging of the Vela and Terra kitchens.

Terra:

--24mm thick doors feature a recessed handle.

--The new island hood is available in two sizes: 90 and 120cm. It is fingerprint resistant and its lighting system produces a uniform light over the countertop and adjacent areas. A glass lit front produces intriguing lighting effects.

--Stainless steel lit shelves in sizes of 60, 90 and 120cm integrate the hood and feature the same lighting system.

--The electronic control panel is backlit.

--New wood shelves carry an integrated lighting system that includes a flush mounted neon light.

--A soft touch switch is installed on the backsplash.

--Fingerprint resistant stainless steel doors are available for base and wall units.

--A recessed channel on the lit bottom panel eliminates the need for handles.

--New opening mechanism for lift-up glass and stainless steel doors is integrated -- h. 45 and h. 54.

--New countertops include a white laminate countertop with dark oak veneer base, a white laminate countertop with light oak veneer base and a white laminate countertop with aluminum clad base.

--Custom sized Boiserie consists of a double back panel.

--The kitchen system offers small glass shelves and an array of aluminum accessories.

--The backsplash lighting is focused on the work area and creates a shallow shelf to hold accessories, light switches and electrical sockets.

--Doors are available in the following finishes: Wood: brandy oak, dark oak.

--Countertops are available in: white laminate with a brandy oak 4cm thick edge, white laminate with a dark oak 4 cm thick edge, white laminate with an aluminum 4cm thick edge, stainless steel, stone and marble.

Vela:

--Glass door with aluminum frame is available in three colors: bright white, grey and brown.

--Wall units come with a specialized lift-up mechanism.

--The bottom shelf is transparent and houses a light on units with colored glass doors.

--The Tambour unit features a tempered glass rolling shutter.

--Stainless steel doors are available.

--Doors are available in the following finishes: Wood: light oak, dark oak; matte lacquer: full Snaidero range; high gloss lacquer: full Snaidero range and high gloss metallic lacquer: full Snaidero range.

--Countertops are available in: white laminate with a light oak 4cm thick edge, white laminate with a dark oak 4 cm thick edge, white laminate with an aluminum 4cm thick edge, stainless steel, stone and marble.
