SMURFIT KAPPA GROUP The Smurfit Kappa Group is Europe's leading corrugated packaging company, following the merger of Jefferson Smurfit Group and Kappa Packaging. This merger was finalized by the end of 2005.  announced the completion of the merger between Jefferson Smurfit Group, Dublin, Ireland and Kappa Packaging, Eindhoven, Netherlands.
