 Scientific Services announced a major reorganization, primarily resulting from the acquisition last March of a company specializing in environmental toxicology and analytical studies. The reorganization encompasses three independently operated companies structured under a new corporate name, The Smithers Group, with worldwide headquarters in Akron, OH.
