Mr. Mandler, 36, was a Managing Director in the firm's Capital Markets Sales, Trading and Risk Management division, which he helped to build after joining Smith Hanley in 1989. Based in the firm's Southport, CT office, he works with domestic and multinational financial institutions seeking to build their currency and derivatives derivatives
