"Small-Staff Symposium: Success Through Efficiency." The first session will be on May 17, 2002, at ASAE's Conference Center, but the seminar subsequently will be held at various locations across the country.

The symposium will provide a variety of solutions to the challenges and obstacles you need to overcome in order to run your association effectively and efficiently. Marketing strategies, technology solutions, legal pitfalls to avoid, and human resource management issues highlight this information-rich seminar, which is recommended for CEOs and staff of associations with a staff size of 10 or fewer.
