Say it ain't so, Pokey D's.

According to the Little Rock Advertising & Promotions Commission, the soul food and Chicago-style ribs joint has closed its southwest Little Rock location on Baseline Road.

We're told Pokey D's hasn't paid taxes for that location from July 2005 through April of this year. It also owes for February and May 2005. Unfortunately, it doesn't stop there. According to the city, the River Market location also may be in a bit of trouble, having not yet paid any taxes since it opened there in February.

A call to Steve Leeks, owner of Pokey D's, was not returned before deadline.
