Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG), the global leader in integrated billing, employee care, and customer care services, today announced a multi-year Geneva(TM) wireline billing services contract with Slovenske telekomunikacie, a.s. The Slovak carrier will migrate its entire client base to the Geneva product by the end of 2002.

The flexibility of Convergys' Geneva convergent rating and billing product gives Slovenske telekomunikacie a competitive edge in the newly deregulated and competitive European telecommunications markets. As a modular, best-of-breed product, Geneva offers carriers the flexibility needed to offer new packages and discounts. Initially Geneva will support the company's existing wireline telecommunication services to both residential and business customers and all of the carrier's PSTN, ISDN, data, and IP services.
