Exhibit Includes World's First Handset Featuring

Skyworks' RF Subsystem and Intel's Cellular Processor

Skyworks' advanced wireless solutions to be highlighted at the booth include:

-- Customer Handsets - More than 25 exciting new wireless

multimedia terminals featuring Skyworks' advanced wireless

solutions from customers such as: Codacom, Ezze, Konka, LG,

Maxon, Motorola, Panasonic, Sagem, Samsung, Sanyo, Siemens,

Sierra Wireless, Sony-Ericsson and Soutec.

Maxon Telecom Corp., Ltd. will demonstrate its MX-E20 "Entertainment Phone" which incorporates Skyworks' second-generation GSM/GPRS single-chip DCR(TM) direct conversion transceiver and iPAC(TM) power amplifier (PA) module with integrated power control functionality. Maxon's handset is the industry's first cellular phone to pass field type-approval featuring the Intel(R) PX800F cellular processor.

-- Front-End Modules - Market leading switches and power

amplifiers in both GaAs PHEMT and HBT, including the

industry's smallest 3mm x 3mm PA module.

-- RF Subsystems - Skyworks' Single Package Radio (SPR(TM)) is

the world's first complete handset radio system that fits into

a single, dime-sized package. It is one-third the size of

alternative solutions and includes all of the circuitry

required for GSM/GPRS (900/1800) handsets.

-- Cellular Systems - Pegasus(TM), the industry's most complete

and flexible system solution for multi-band, multi-mode
