Skanska appoints dean of its university.
Holtz has been with Skanska since 1996. Prior to joining Skanska Holtz served 22 years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Construction Management, Procurement, Personnel Management and Combat Engineering.
Holtz holds an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, an M.B.A. from Western New England College and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the Army Engineer, Airborne and Ranger Schools and the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
