Ek has transferred from Skanska Sverige AB in Stockholm, Sweden, joining the Parsippany-based business unit of Skanska USA Building Inc. as chief financial officer. Ek is responsible for overseeing the daily financial activities of the company, including directing the preparation and review of all financial reports, economic analysis and forecasting. He will be a member of the senior management team. Ek joined Skanska in 1993. Prior to transferring to New Jersey, Ek served as CFO See Chief Financial Officer. for Skanska Sverige AB in Stockholm, the company that operates the Skanska construction business in Sweden. Before joining Skanska, he was CFO for Preem Petroleum, Sweden's largest oil refining refining, any of various processes for separating impurities from crude or semifinished materials. It includes the finer processes of metallurgy, the fractional distillation of petroleum into its commercial products, and the purifying of cane, beet, and maple sugar company, which also acts as a wholesale dealer and retailer on the Swedish market. |
