Equipped with a myriad of hands-on experience in the healthcare and life sciences construction industry, three new team members have joined the Skanska USA Building Inc. Philadelphia office -a construction group for health and life sciences.

Coming aboard are two new project engineers, Peter Hayes Peter Hayes is the name of:

  • Peter Lind Hayes, vaudeville entertainer
 and Al S. Daye, as well as a new superintendent, Michael Breitenbach. All three individuals' flair for constructing top-tier health and research facilities will enhance the Philadelphia office's standing as the premier construction firm for hospitals, universities, and life science facilities in the Philadelphia region.

Michael Breitenbach, boasting 17 years of industry experience, will assume management and supervisory duties for subcontractors and all field activities, including layout, conformance to safety and quality control standards. As a superintendent, Breitenbach will also manage scheduling and verification of material submissions. Shortly before joining the Philadelphia team, Breitenbach completed the master facility plan for the Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, N.J. - a trauma center trauma center
