Sivox announces new appointments.

Sivox Technologies Inc., developer of the SIVOX RealCall platform for creating interactive contact simulations for initial and continuous training, has announced the appointment of its new chief executive, Wade H. Baker, brought in to lead the company and expand the commercialization of SIVOX RealCall and the company's state-of-the-art simulation employee performance application suite. In addition to the appointment of Baker, SIVOX has formed a board of directors that includes notable Chicago-area technology leaders Ron Birchall, Richard Reck and Gary Garrett. Ron Birchall is a 35-year veteran of the software industry. Technically trained as an engineer, Ron has substantial experience in the design and development of software and building companies to effectively market software-based products; he has been instrumental in the success of a number of software startups. Over the years, Mr. Reck served a variety of clients, both publicly traded and private, from young, entrepreneurial ventures to well-established multinational corporations, including platinum technology, inc., Divine, Inc., Galileo International, Zebra Technologies, Inc. and SPSS Inc. A former senior partner at Accenture, Mr. Garrett's experience includes the design of large-scale computer systems and the reengineering of core business processes for the consumer products and retail markets. Also joining the board is Alan Fein, who represents a New York investor group with many successful years in private investment and business management. SIVOX co-founder Gary Schafer will continue to be an officer of the company and also sit on the newly formed board.
