Developed to strengthen muscles, increase range of motion, and provide greater stability for sitting, standing, and transfers, the Sit-to-Stand Exerciser from Endorphin endorphin

Any of a group of proteins occurring in the brain and having pain-relieving properties typical of opium and related opiates. Discovered in the 1970s, they include enkephalin, beta-endorphin, and dynorphin.
 Corporation duplicates a resident's sit and stand motion. Using an assisted height-adjustable seat, the resident can perform a sitting and standing motion exercise. The compact and mobile device is adjustable to provide a percentage of assistance based on the user's body weight, eliminating the need for manually lifting and lowering the resident.
