) today announced the production release of the SXE-1089Z, a new high linearity cascadable pHEMT amplifier IC. Its patented self-bias Darlington topology, coupled with a robust e-mode pHEMT process, allows the SXE-1089Z to deliver excellent performance normally found in discrete transistor or power amplifier topologies. The SXE-1089Z also offers "ease-of-use" for amplifiers in this power range with its fully integrated matching over 50-3000MHz.

"The SXE-1089Z is ideal for PA driver applications for TD-SCDMA TD-SCDMA Time Division Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access  and WCDMA (Wideband CDMA) A 3G high-speed digital data service provided by cellular carriers that use the TDMA or GSM technology worldwide, including AT&T (formerly Cingular) and T-Mobile in the U.S.  applications requiring high linearity," stated Jeff Gudewicz, Sirenza's SBU SBU St. Bonaventure University (St. Bonaventure, New York)
