Sinvin signs Hudson lease.


One of downtown Manhattan's leading commercial brokerage firms, Sinvin Realty, known for its trailblazing trail·blaz·ing

, after months of searching for the perfect space. "Sinvin has achieved for itself what it does for its clients," said Sinder. "The cobbler's children have shoes at last."

Peter Fontanetta of Trinity Real Estate was the in-house representative who negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. The asking rent for the almost 6,000-square-foot space on the third floor of this prestigious building, also known as 170 Varick Street, was $37 per square foot.

 center for business, new residential projects, galleries, shops and restaurants. "We're really pleased to be staying in the neighborhood and moving into one of the jewels in Trinity's crown," said Owles.

The extra square footage will accommodate Sinvin's rapidly expanding group of brokers, agents, and staff, and provide a hip, sophisticated environment where they can work and entertain clients. Sinvin has contracted David Howell David Howell is a name shared by several notable men:

 to build out the space.
