Sinvin Realty announced that Bruce Sinder, president, and Christopher Owles, managing director, have been appointed the exclusive agents to market the three 8,600 s/f floors, 25,800 s/f in all, of office space at 107 Grand Street at the corner of Mercer Street in SoHo, owned by Man Yun Real Estate Corp.
