* The U.S. Department of Education wants to modify Title IX--the thirty-year-old and equal education mandate--in order "to establish single-sex classrooms and schools at the elementary and secondary levels." This initiative is a followup to a provision sponsored by Senator Kay KAY Kick Ass Year
