Singapore's SingTel Deploys Micromuse's Netcool(R) Solution for Assurance of Fixed Line and Mobile Service Delivery Infrastructure; Netcool(R) Solutions Deliver End-to-End Service Visibility via Executive-Level Realtime Dashboards.
