Simpson to take chairman's role at print firm.

"It is, however, a positive move for the future of the business as it allows us to explore alternative growth opportunities and strengthen our management team by acquiring experienced people to bring suitable skills to the company."

Bill McNally has worked at Simpson Group for more than 25 years.

He said: "I am looking forward to the challenge."
