Simple Remote releases its Pro version.

Simple Remote, a transaction management software company, announced the release of a new Simple Remote Pro version of its software for networked real estate professionals.

Simple Remote's features include contact management, a detailed transaction screen that allows users to track every aspect of a financing, brokerage, or leasing transaction all on one screen; detailed tracking of offers and counteroffers from multiple bidders on a property; documents and images associated with each transaction are linked; a built-in real estate calculator for every type of real estate calculation; and a calendar with pop-up reminders.

"The technology enables even very large real estate practices to take detailed control of their businesses. We believe that Simple Remote will become a critical tool in their success."

Simple Remote Real Estate Software is designed to manage data simply and efficiently. Its user-friendly screens give a comprehensive view of the real estate business. The new version is the network professional version of Simple Remote Basic.

Simple Remote Pro users have the ability to set up multiple user accounts, and to set up specific permissions for each system user or create security levels and assign a level to each user. They have the option to share contacts and deals between employees or to keep them private. Pro users can also choose to assign salespeople to a specific transaction and to allow only those people to access those properties.
