Simone signs 34,000 s/f in deals.Simone Development Companies has announced signing 34,426 s/f of new leases at properties it owns and manages on Long Island. In the largest transaction, Vann's Technological Services, Inc., a medical supply distribution company, signed a five-year lease for 19,450 s/f of space at 40 Melville Park Road, a 40,000 s/f industrial building in Melville. Brokers Ted Trias and Tom Tsiolis of Sutton & Edwards Inc. represented the landlord and Ralph Purna of Newmark of Long Island LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol. LLC - Logical Link Control represented the tenant. In Hicksville, a total of 4,376 s/f of new leases were signed at 960 South Broadway. Singer Equipment Company, a commercial kitchen company, signed a three-year lease for 2,250 s/ f.. DCAP Hicksville, an insurance company, leased 1,300 s/f for a ten year term, and Magical Travel Bureau, Inc. leased 826 s/f in a seven-year lease. Jim MacDonald of JD MacDonald, Inc. was the broker for the three transactions.
