Simone opens Bronx medical pavilion.

 Development Companies, a full service real estate investment company, has announced completion of a new medical pavilion in the Bronx Bronx, river, c.20 mi (30 km) long, issuing from Kensico Reservoir, SE N.Y., and flowing SW through the Bronx into the East River. The Bronx River Parkway, one of the first limited-access highways in the New York City area, parallels a portion of the river.  that features state-of-the-art medical space in a convenient and central location.

Located directly off the Bronx River Parkway The Bronx River Parkway is a 19.12 mile (0 km) long parkway in downstate New York. It is named for the nearby Bronx River, which it parallels.  at 4256 Bronx Boulevard, the building offers space to medical practices with needs ranging from 1,400 s/f to a maximum of 14,000 s/f for a single tenant.

The one-story building, which has been completely renovated, is in close proximity to Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center and other hospitals in the area. In addition to offering quality office amenities and a convenient location, the new medical pavilion is adjacent to a parking garage.

"This attractive new facility is ideal for medical practices seeking a location that is convenient to both their patients as well as themselves," said Richard Francis Richard Francis (dates unknown) was a famous English cricketer who played for the Hambledon Club.

Francis is known to have been a Surrey man by birth and he had played for Surrey teams before moving to Hampshire. He made 47 known first-class appearances from 1773 until 1793.

"We will gladly accommodate flexible space plans for prospective medical tenants," he added.

Simone recently announced plans for The Towers at Hutchinson Hutchinson, city (1990 pop. 39,308), seat of Reno co., S central Kans., on the Arkansas River; inc. 1872. It is a commercial and industrial center in a grain (especially wheat), livestock, and oil region.  Metro Center, a 520,000 s/f office complex in the Bronx.
