In Westchester County, Simone Development has launched a more than $1 million capital improvement project at the Harrison Executive Park, a 155,000-SF office park that the company acquired last May.

Located along Westchester's prestigious Platinum Mile in the Town of Harrison, the 3-building office park is getting a major facelift inside and out. Exterior improvements include totally refurbished courtyards with new block payers, fountains and planters, new landscaping and repaving of parking lots.
