3M[TM] Tegaderm[TM] Ag Mesh Dressing with silver provides a fast-acting, long-lasting antimicrobial antimicrobial /an·ti·mi·cro·bi·al/ (-mi-kro´be-al)
1. killing microorganisms or suppressing their multiplication or growth.

. The gauzelike, porous dressing can be used as a primary dressing with absorbent absorbent /ab·sor·bent/ (-sor´bent)

 wound fillers or packed into tunnels or undermined areas. It is noncytotoxic and nonirritating, with no to minimal skin staining, and it is conformable, soft, and easy to cut.

Tegaderm Ag Mesh Dressing requires no premoistening on draining wounds, and it provides a seven-day barrier for a variety of wounds, including pressure, venous, and neuropathic ulcers; surgical and traumatic wounds; second-degree burns; donor sites; and abrasions. It is available in five sizes from 2" x 2" to 16" x 16".
