Silk mill's historic makeover.


The Community Preservation Corporation has completed construction financing for the rehab of 88 Llewellyn Ave. in Bloomfield, New Jersey.

This 56,008-s/f former silk mill, will be expanded by approximately 2,500 s/f and will be transformed into a 48-unit loft apartment building. The property was purchased by Michael Epstein of Mosaic Realty Partners, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
