Silicone foam.

Solid silicone silicone, polymer in which atoms of silicon and oxygen alternate in a chain; various organic radicals, such as the methyl group, CH3, are bound to the silicon atoms.  foams introduced by the company are said to combine low density with excellent compression set. Characteristics of the solid silicone foams are said to include ease of processing, suitability for use in the food sector and versatility. The foams are produced with additives specially developed for Elastosil silicone rubber Noun 1. silicone rubber - made from silicone elastomers; retains flexibility resilience and tensile strength over a wide temperature range
synthetic rubber, rubber - any of various synthetic elastic materials whose properties resemble natural rubber

and added to peroxide-curing and platinum curing silicones. All grades and durometer hardnesses of the Elastosil R and Elastosil R Plus series can be foamed, from tear resistant to highly crosslinked, from 10 durometer A to 90 durometer A. The two solid silicone grades are Elastosil R 401/ 10 and Elastosil R Plus 43057/ 90. Also offered are highly transparent silicone prototypes of medium durometer hardness that have been developed specifically for extrusion . Elastosil R 401/10 is said to be the world's first bubble-free extrudable 10 durometer A silicone. It is suitable for food and medical applications, as well as for molding articles. Elastosil Plus 4305/90 is a genuine 90 durometer A silicone that does not suffer the friability fri·a·ble
