Silicone Products & Technology.

An expansion project is under way at Silicone Products & Technology in Lancaster, NY, where the company develops and manufactures silicone rubber products for the plastics and wood decorating industries. Construction has begun on an additional 17,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 3,000 sq. ft. of office and administrative support space. Equipment acquisitions include a roller strip extruder, an autoclave and several art grinding and polishing machines. A portion of the 20,000 sq. ft. expansion will be used for a research and development lab, and for addition of a Printing and Industrial Roller Division.
