Silicon Valley Biz Ink (San Jose, CA) has ceased publication of Biz Ink, a weekly that focused on the high-tech industry in Silicon Valley. Launched in 2000, its circulation had dropped to 15,000 from a high of nearly 44,000 in 2003. The company, which also ceased publication of the consumer title, Valley Scene, has never posted a profitable year.
