Sigue Corporation Acquires Competing Money Transmitter, Envios El Cid, Inc.

LOS ANGELES Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850. , July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Sigue Corporation ("Sigue") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Envios El Cid, Inc., ("El Cid"), a Texas Money Transmitter, headquartered in Glendale, California Glendale is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. It lies at the eastern end of the San Fernando Valley, is bisected by the Verdugo Mountains, and is an important suburb in the Greater Los Angeles Area. .

Sigue acquired the operations of El Cid and is integrating the same into its technology platform. This combination will enable the companies to realize efficiencies while providing enhanced services to their valued customers.
