Sierra team finishes W. Houston leasing.Sierra Realty realty n. a short form of "real estate." (See: real estate) REALTY. An abstract of real, as distinguished from personalty. Realty relates to lands and tenements, rents or other hereditaments. Vide Real Property. has finished leasing the last available office and retail vacancies at 116 West Houston Street. Undertaken by Sierra Realty starting in late 2003 when the building was 75% vacant, this encompasses almost all of the six-story building's approximately 35,000rsf and includes the complete ground floor, basement, second floor, fourth floor, fifth floor, and part of the sixth floor. The project was initiated by Peter Braus, executive vice president of Sierra Realty, who was assisted by Paul Torres, associate director. To accomplish this, Sierra advised and executed the improvement of the building's facade and lobby as well as the quality of each floor. Sierra also advised the owners on improving building services and provided qualified referrals for contractors and other vendors.
