First quarter revenue decreased by 51.5% to $20.2 million in 2005, from $41.6 million for the same period in 2004. Gross margin decreased to 35.3%, compared to 40.3%. Operating expenses were $15.2 million in the first quarter of 2005, compared to $11.6 million for the same period in 2004. Net loss for the first quarter of 2005 was $7.6 million, or loss per share of $0.30, compared to net earnings of $4.6 million, or diluted earnings per share diluted earnings per share

Operating expenses were $15.2 million in the first quarter of 2005, compared to $15.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2004. Net loss was $7.6 million for the first quarter of 2005, or loss per share of $0.30, compared to net earnings of $7.3 million, or diluted earnings per share of $0.28, for the fourth quarter of 2004.
