BALTIMORE, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Sierra Military Health Services health services Managed care The benefits covered under a health contract , announced the opening of 32 TRICARE Service Centers (TSCs), which are located near each of the military installations in the 13 Northeast states, to assist military personnel and their families making the transition to a new managed health care plan known as TRICARE.
