Siemens has worked with salesforce.com to create a customized version of its OpenScape solution for the financial services market that is designed specifically to address the communication needs of today's financial advisor. The solution integrates fully with Salesforce to provide presence-based services, such as click-to-dial calling, conferencing, document-sharing and messaging features directly within Salesforce embedded in the CRM workflow.
