Siebel makes available CRM OnDemand Release 7.

Siebel Systems, Inc., founded by Thomas Siebel in 1993, was principally engaged in the design, development, marketing and support of CRM applications. , Inc., a provider of business applications software, has announced the availability of Siebel CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization.  OnDemand Release 7. This release extends the capabilities of Siebel CRM OnDemand by providing the hosted contact center solution as a prebuilt pre·built
