Mr. Wing is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Datametrics Corporation. Thomas R. Mooney, Chairman of the Hi-Shear Technology Corporation Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer said, "We are pleased to welcome to the board a man with such an excellent background in both the defense and commercial sectors. Mr. Wing is also guiding his company (Datametrics) through a diversification into commercial products and his experience will be valuable to us."
