Sicel Technologies Announces Founder Elected Fellow of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Placement of $7MM Convertible Bonds.MORRISVILLE N.C. -- Sicel Technologies, Inc., a leading developer and manufacturer of implantable sensors and surface dosimeters, announced that Dr. Charles Scarantino, its founder, chairman and medical director, has been elected a Fellow of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO). Dr. Scarantino received his FASTRO designation on November 5 at a special ceremony during ASTRO's 48th Annual Meeting in Philadelphia.
