Siam cement wholly takes over Boral Indonesia.Thai conglomerate Thailand Siam Cement The Siam Cement Public Company Ltd. is a large cement company in Thailand. Siam Cement president Kan Trakulhoon said his company has reached an agreement with Boral Ltd from Australia, the old owner of Boral Indonesia.
