Shutterfly Acquires Memory Matrix; Former Netscape Founding Engineer Lou Montulli Joins as Vice President.

With the acquisition of Memory Matrix, Shutterfly will incorporate the company's intellectual property, product rights and industry-leading engineering team. Lou Montulli Louis J. Montulli II (best known as Lou Montulli) is a programmer who is well known for his work in producing web browsers.

In 1991 he wrote a text web browser called Lynx while he was at the University of Kansas.
