Shultz tapped to lease complex.

The Silverman Group, a leading real estate holdings company, has named The Schultz Organization as the exclusive leasing agent for the company's recently acquired 135,000 s/f office complex, 25 A&B Hanover Road.

The Schultz Organization's senior managing director Douglas Gaffney represented The Silverman Group in the acquisition and will be leading the marketing efforts as well.

"Upon The Silverman Group's acquisition of the property, the office complex was 82% leased," commented Mr. Gaffney.

"We are confident that the remaining vacant units will attract significant demand and translate into a successful lease- up program. Various units are available from 2,000 SF to 7,500 SF. We continue to see tremendous activity in the Florham Park submarket due to the growing local economy, the enhanced retail amenities in town and the building's prime location."

25 A&B Hanover Road is a two-building multitenant Class-A office complex consisting of approximately 135,000 SF in two sister buildings on 12.5 acres of land (with a generous parking ratio of 5 cars per 1,000 RSF). The property will be managed by SL Management Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Silverman Group.
