NTRS Edith Ball Scholarship Program: Presented to academically talented undergraduate students who are committed to expanding their knowledge and involvement in the profession. The purpose of the scholarship is to acknowledge and support the outstanding academic accomplishments and professional involvement of a promising undergraduate student.

Lucille & Derby Dustin Future Scholars Program: For graduate students interested in pursuing a doctorate in recreation and parks, leisure studies, recreation resources management or related fields. The scholarship awards $1,000 to cover registration and transportation to the NRPA National Congress & Exposition, plus lodging and meal expenses.

Young Leaders The Young Leaders' Programme is run alongside the main Explorer Scout Programme. It is a formalisation of what was happening in many Groups and Districts across the country where older Scouts were returning to help the younger sections.  Scholarship: For students age 18-25 to receive a scholarship to the NRPA Pacific Region Leadership School to hone their skills in management and help lead our profession in the future.

Charles J. Reitz Scholarships: Help students attend the NRPA Pacific Region Marketing and Revenue school at no cost. The scholarship for the first-year program covers housing and registration fees.

Southwest Maintenance Management School and Northwest Resource Management School: Hires interns to work at the schools, attend sessions, receive free room and board, and a $200 stipend sti·pend
