Shouting about decaf?As a decal drinker, I found myself shouting, "What about caffeine caffeine (kăfēn`), odorless, slightly bitter alkaloid found in coffee, tea, kola nuts (see cola), ilex plants (the source of the Latin American drink maté), and, in small amounts, in cocoa (see cacao). "?" as I read "Coffee's curious heart effects" (SN: 10/2/04, p. 222). How can any report not, at least, mention its involvement or lack thereof?
