The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into located at Douglaston Road and the Long Island Expressway in Queens. The center includes Macy's, Waldbaums, Toys R Us, Modells, and others. Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp is a leader in commercial real estate owning properties such as Barneys in New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. By signing a fast-closing non-contingent contract through Eastdil, Ashkenazy was able to buy the property from Yale University for just under $60 million.
