Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC has been appointed exclusive agent for Trafalgar Tours to sublease its newly renovated 45,000 s/f office space, announces Sanford Zuckerbrot, chairman of Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty LLC.

Trafalgar Tours' former call center at 29-76 Northern Boulevard in Long Island City is fully built out, with state-of-the-art improvements worth $3 million. Included are 65 tons of tenant-controlled HVAC, a fully wired data and phone system capable of handling 300 lines, a modern conference room, and a new lobby and elevator with an adjacent parking garage.
