The Evenup is a removable, adjustable device for patients using a cast, wound-healing shoe, or fracture fracture, breaking of a bone. A simple fracture is one in which there is no contact of the broken bone with the outer air, i.e., the overlying tissues are intact. In a comminuted fracture the bone is splintered.  walker boot while recovering from foot and ankle injuries. Available in 3 sizes, Evenup can add up to 2 cm in height to the shoe worn on the uninjured foot and eliminates the need for a heel heel (hel) calx; the hindmost part of the foot.
