Shetland's Pulp fans sleep out.
The band are to play a one-off gig at Lerwick's Clickimin Centre on August 13.
The show is expected to be an immediate sell-out when the 1500 pounds 15 tickets go on sale today.
Frontman Jarvis Cocker was persuaded to head north by Pulp's keyboard player Candida Doyle, who was brought up in Shetland.
Originally the band had planned to play on July 11 as a warm-up to their headline show at T in the Park.
But they would have had problems getting to Dublin for their show the next day so it has been re-arranged.
Clickimin Centre manager Shona Robb said last night: "It's absolute euphoria. This is the biggest thing ever to hit the Shetlands."
