Sheshunoff launches "Pratt's Banking Law Library".


Sheshunoff Information Services (Austin, TX) has begun the publication of "Pratt's Banking Law Library," a new online information service for attorneys involved in the banking and credit union industries. Annual subscriptions are available for organizations as site licenses as well as for individuals.

The new service is described as an Internet-based law library that offers legal analysis and discussions of the law related to banks and similar institutions, news on industry regulation and relevant case law. Content carries the latest news, digests and cases summaries on a range of cases, analysis of ongoing cases, analysis of emerging issues, federal and state legislative and regulatory changes, and texts of regulatory documents.

The Library is organized into five main legal areas, including Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, Accounts and Payments Systems, Structure, Capital and Governance, and a final section covering BSA 1. BSA - Business Software Alliance.
