Sheryl Crow to Perform at the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. Annual Convention in Miami.

The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., a Prudential Financial Inc. (NYSE:PRU) company, announced that pop rocker Sheryl Crow will wow the crowd during the company's 16th Annual Sales Convention, March 7-10, 2004, at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. is also proud to announce the general session speakers: Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, will headline the March 8 general session; the March 9 general session presents Ken Dychtwald, business trend analyzer; and Bob Costas, sports announcer, will speak at the final general session on March 10.

Nine-time Grammy(R) winning recording artist Sheryl Crow will perform at the Awards and Entertainment Gala on March 9.
